They tell you all the work they had to do to get the car sale-worthy and I feel confident in their prep process making the car reliable and the best it can be. So you can look online and compare the price to the various appraisal tools and know exactly what kind of deal you are getting. This is first time I have dealt with Chris as a sales person. Nice guy, not pushy and put up with my attempts to be frugal (looking at a $11k car with a 15 yo trade in). He did what he could to sweeten the deal and I am glad he was my sales guy. He was clear, forthright, and direct in helping us understand what would be involved in this transaction, as well as the myriad new devices and features now gracing new models. He was VERY patient ("What? The brights aren't controlled by a button on the floor?"). We found him to be quite trustworthy and helpful, even calling us several times after we drove off in our 2018 RAV-4 hybrid, just to see how we were adjusting.
