I've been buying cars over the last 50 years. I've always dreaded the experience. And for good reason. This time around I had all my ducks in a row from documentation to financing,to the specific vehicle we wanted. I thought we could cut to the chase. Sadly, no. For various and sundry reasons, this was not to be. This was on a Sunday and we were the only customers in the showroom. Looking out the window, there were rows and to rows, literally hundreds of cars on the lot. We had agreed on the price and were about to put down a deposit prior to completing the deal on the coming Friday. That's when finance manager said "Sorry, we can't hold a car for more than two days (Sound of jaw dropping.) The reason? What if another buyer wants the same car without delay. I was flabbergasted. Obviously, he never heard of the American expression, ' A bird in the hand, etc." That's when we walked out. More

I have been a customer of Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru since 2017 and have always been very pleased with the service I received. This service department was the only place that serviced my 2017 Forester. since 2017 and have always been very pleased with the service I received. This service department was the only place that serviced my 2017 Forester. My 2023 Forested was purchased from Fitzgerald. The customer service received today was a total disappointment and I asked for my keys back and left without receiving service. My service needs were always handled by Lisa and her team (they were excellent) but today there was some new people working there. The Lady working at the check in position was talking with another customer so I waited my turn. There was another person at another service position who appeared to be reading or looking at her phone. The first lady suddenly looked and me and said, “Can I help you?” I told her I was there for my service appointment she then rolled her eye and nodded head toward the person who was at the other position. When I stepped over there she gave the impression of being annoyed. I did say sorry for my attitude but when I get attitude I give it back. She asked my name and then told pointed to the empty work position next to her and told me that is the service reprehensive I was supposed to see. The attitude from these two ladies was the worst. I did go into the dealership and asked to speak with a manger but was told none was available. After returning home I call in an attempt tp speak with a manger left a voice message but no return call. I do speak with my wallet and will not be doing any future business with Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru and share my experience with friends, family, and acquaintances and encourage then to consider their oppositions. This truly saddens me as I’ve enjoyed working with Lisa, and working on purchasing my vehicles from Sara in this dealership sales department. More

Absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My girlfriend bought a car about a month before I did and Adrian was super helpful with her. For me, Ryan Stefl worked with me the entire day, answered all of my questions, and even picked up my car to get it cleaned after my purchase to make sure I got the same treatment as everyone else despite the sale finalizing after the maintenance people went home.
