Ed Santos and his staff are top notch. I have had several of my cars serviced at this location and will continue to do so. I could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend them. several of my cars serviced at this location and will continue to do so. I could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend them. Way too often you only hear about the negative and never the positive. Fitzgerald Subaru service department thrives on going the extra mile to satisy their customers. They are by far the best service center I have been to. More
I was in the market for a Subaru WRX STi and dealt with Hossein Zahedi. I am a real car nut and have owned about 15 different cars over the last 20 years. I have dealt with a LOT of car salespeople. Hossei Hossein Zahedi. I am a real car nut and have owned about 15 different cars over the last 20 years. I have dealt with a LOT of car salespeople. Hossein is by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car specs and is easygoing and pleasant to work with. As it turns out, the dealership had a price clearly marked on the car, which was far better than any other dealership when the STi's were a particularly "hot" model. I was under no pressure to buy the car, but did so and it was delivered to my complete satisfaction. I recommend the White Flint Subaru dealership in particular, although I cannot speak to their service department as I never had my car serviced there. I would not hesitate to deal with Hossein again. First of all, this was a positive experience from the first phone call to finalizing my purchase-and beyond. Your phone personnel are polite, clearly-spoken, and give immediate and accurate responses, e first phone call to finalizing my purchase-and beyond. Your phone personnel are polite, clearly-spoken, and give immediate and accurate responses, e.g. they know if someone is working that day and do not have to "go see if he or she is there." That is refreshing. Second, I had been to your dealership about 6 months ago and met Mr. Zahedi then. As it turned out, I had to delay the purchase, but I had kept his card and would have asked for him had he not greeted me first . Mr. Zahedi met me on the parking lot before I even got to the building. This is in stark contrast to another dealer whose salespersons stood and watched rather than come to inquire if they might be of help when I was looking at cars on that dealer's lot. The former dealer cited is one from which I have purchased several other Subarus, but it was sold and the new owners do not instill confidence or a desire to deal with them when their salespersons treat a customer as though she is invisible. Mr. Zahedi's presentation is also in stark contrast to another dealer whose salesperson spoke to me as if I were a child and whose attitude made it very clear that I had no right to ask about further reductions on the advertised "sale" price. Mr. Zahedi was pleasant, patient, and a good listener. He was well-informed about all aspects of the car I was interested in purchasing and compared and contrasted several differences among 2 other models I might have considered. Women are accustomed to having car salespersons speak to them in a condescending manner and as though they really needn't answer certain questions because they would rather show off the extra "bells and whistles" they think will impress us. Not Mr. Zahedi! The best thing of all was that when he didn't know an answer (which was extremely rare), he immediately obtained the information and gave it to me. I am quite weary of sales personnel in all types of retail establishment making up answers when they don't know them, such as declining to find out when something is scheduled for delivery and, rather, fabricating the date. Mr. Zahedi is an extremely user-friendly salesman and I hope that he is given appropriate recognition and reward for his customer service; this kind of courtesy and knowledge is rare in today's workplace. Much as studies show that employees are more loyal when treated respectfully and tend to stay with companies not solely on the basis of their salaries, Mr. Zahedi's presentation and knowledge contributes to a desire for a customer to purchase a vehicle from your company and, in that regard, price really is secondary and only a part of the motivation. Finally, I appreciated that you had someone from another Fitzgerald branch handle the financial aspects of the purchase when the regular person was not there. That person, too, was friendly and helpful and added to the A+ experience of purchasing a Subaru from Fitzgerald. More
