I walked into the dealership, test drove the exact car I was going to potentially buy, got a walk-through of the vehicle by Maurice, purchased the vehicle, and financed part of it all in under 2 hours; it was so simple! We were hand-held throughout, had all of our questions answered with patience, and we were professionally and conscientiously "transferred" from department to department (i.e. sales to financing, etc.). In addition to the buying experience, we were also pleased with the trade-in experience. We felt the trade-in price accurately reflected what we thought our 10-year old car was worth. This dealership is truly full disclosure, as they advertise it is -- no surprises, no car dealership sliminess! I consider myself a reasonable and realistic consumer but tough critic on professionalism and would highly recommend this dealership for a new Subaru, which we purchased, as well as Hyundai, which we also considered. I have been buying cars and then having them serviced by Fitzgerald for many years. I think I am on my fifth car over a 20 year period. I love the fact the this is a green service group. He is accommodating in every way and has been great to work with. I just drove home my new 2010 Forester, and he called tonight to make sure that everything is good. He explained all that I needed to do to make sure my registration, insurance, and financing was in order before I actually finished the deal today. I have recommended him to friends and family, and I will definitely stay with him as long as he is with Fitzgerald. I am sure my service on this car will be as great as it has been on my other Subarus. More

My WRX wagon always goes to Fitzgerald for service even though there's a closer Subaru dealer to our house - the work is high quality, the price is right, and there's WiFi *and* decent coffee in the waitin though there's a closer Subaru dealer to our house - the work is high quality, the price is right, and there's WiFi *and* decent coffee in the waiting room. I never feel like they're trying to add on unnecessary services; if any extra work is called for, they'll always explain exactly what they think needs to be done, why, and whether or not it's urgent or can wait a little while. We bought the WRX at Fitzgerald White Flint and were so impressed with the no-pressure atmosphere (their salespeople are on salary, not commission) that we drove all the way out to Fitzgerald Annapolis when my husband wanted a Mazda MX-5 (and had another great buying experience). At most dealerships there's a high turnover of salespeople. The two people who posted reviews in May 2009 said that their salesman was Hossein Zahedi. He was my salesman too - in March of 2003! More
