Exceptional unscheduled service provided for low tire I stopped at the Service Department on Rockville Pike on 9/19/16 because my tire light had come on when I left my office in Tysons Corner. I purchase I stopped at the Service Department on Rockville Pike on 9/19/16 because my tire light had come on when I left my office in Tysons Corner. I purchased my vehicle at the Lake Forest location but the Rockville Pike location was much closer to my home. Luis Martinez was the service advisor who assisted me and even though it was an unscheduled service appointment, he got my vehicle into the shop for service right away. They checked the tires, found the leak, and plugged/repaired the tire for me in a reasonable amount of time. I just wanted to let Management know how helpful Luis was and how appreciative I was that my tire was fixed and I was back on the road. The risk of a flat tire while traveling the beltway to Tysons Corner every day could make my commute a very traumatic experience. Luis and the Rockville service department should be commended for their excellent customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a “10” that day. Thanks Luis. I understand Luis has moved to the Gaithersburg location which is my normal service location so I look forward to working with him there. More

We used the dealership's website and sent them a message. Four days later no reply. Again sent a message on the website and within minutes a sales person called thinking we were interested in buying a car. He said the service dept. was closed but he would tell his sales manager our concern. Surprise, sales can respond in minutes, but service can't respond in days. We are considering having future service performed at an independent shop that will comply with the factory's oil and filter specifications. We were pleased with the sales personnel when we bought the SUV, but that's were it stopped. What is the general manager doing? More

I would give Fitzgerald Subaru 5-star rating across the board, because their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I bought my used Subaru there and was very happy with the sales experience, a board, because their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service staff berated me for scheduling my service too late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour. I told them that I could come back another day but he said it was fine late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour.
