This was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. We never felt pressured into a car we didn't want nor options we didn't need. We got what we wanted and had a good time too. Hopefully, the car is as good as the Dealership.

"Subaru Love-Encore -- Excellent Program"
I purchased an Outback Limited w/EyeSight in September 2018. I returned to Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville for my post-purchase Love-Encore visit with Kimberly, who reviewed all of the technology details with me for which I had questions, even after reading all six of the various owners manuals. Simply reading a manual isn't quite the same as having some time with a specialist to review all of Subaru's technologies and answer those questions that pop up when reading the manuals. My automotive "under the hood" questions were fully answered by the friendly service staff.
This program provides great value to the new Subaru owner. Kudos to Fitzgerald for offering it and I would hope that it becomes THE standard within Subaru of America.
