Great group to work with!! I bought a used 2010 terrain from them. I was not able to view the car at purchase because it was being reconditioned. I was assured that if anything was not what I expected we could throw away the finance paperwork and start over. Luckily, I did not have to do that as the car was just what I expected. The day I bought the car, it was not raining. Dumb me, forgot to make sure the wipers worked at time of purchase. I bought the car as is but did pay for an extended warranty on the drivetrain through the lender. Windshield wipers are not part of the drivetrain. The day after purchase I was driving to work when it started to rain. Went to flick on the wipers and nothing. The wipers would not move. I expected to call in and be told since I did not have a warranty that I would have to pay to have the wipers fixed. I was blown away by their response. They got me in the day I called, looked over the car and said I would need a wiper motor. No questions asked, they put me into a loaner car for the day and had my car finished the very next day. I exchanged keys and went about my merry way. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Very kind and you can tell they are all humans with lives outside of work just like the rest of us. They wanted me to be safe in a car I purchased from them and they did just that! Thank you Fitzway! ???? More

The first time he wasn’t able to get the problem resolved but was still very helpful with some advise and didn’t just dismiss me like the dealer I bought the truck from. I felt like he actually cared about the issue I was having, which sadly is hard to find these days. Recently I did bring the truck back in and the problem has been resolved. My wife is looking to buy an Altima in the near future and because of Tony we will be coming to Fitzgerald’s. More
