Our entire Fitzway philosophy is grounded in providing the absolute best customer experience possible. We are transparent in our policies, pricing, and everything we do is with the customer's best interest in mind. With that said, we would never intentionally sell a vehicle out from under a customer, nor would we just arbitrarily run someone's credit. We ran your credit (with your permission) and got an approval with the idea that you wanted to buy the truck. You then declined and did not want to sign any paperwork for it and left here stating that you still had another truck that you wanted to look at. At that point we had no commitment from you, so we assumed our truck was then available to sell. I am sorry that it is no longer available. If there is another truck that you are interested in, we would still love the opportunity to earn your business.

I apologize that you had a negative experience with us. To clarify a couple of things, our pricing is no-haggle because we offer our best price up front. Our salespeople are paid a commission, but it is a flat amount per car sold, not a variable based on the price (our profit) or selection of the vehicle. So, what he was trying to communicate is that he wanted you to be happy and would not try to sway you to one vehicle or another. The other salespeople were not trying to avoid helping you, they were trying to be respectful and not steal a customer and hopefully a commission from your salesperson. Again, I apologize for the poor presentation. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will certainly address with our staff here to learn from and improve our processes going forward.
