Working with Nathan to purchase the car we wanted was as simple as it could. My wife and I called in advance; Made sure they had the car advertised at the price advertised; We then showed up at the dealersh simple as it could. The only way it could have been simpler was fro them to have delivered the car to us, so we didn't have to drive two hours to get there. More

This is the third or fourth time we have purchased cars from Fitzgerald. Everytime we are in the market for a new car, their prices can't be beat! And the service is absolutely wonderful. I called in to the dealership on Friday evening, around 6pm, to let them know that we were coming down to buy a car (we live in the Lock Haven, PA area). I told them what we were looking for. When we arrived around 8:30pm, they had cars already together for us to look at and test drive. They stayed until 11pm to get the paperwork done and send us off on our way. We love Fitzgerald and look forward to working with them again when it is time to purchase another car! More

We have bought 6 vehicles from Fitzgerald's. We have always been treated as family. We called Shane to let him know which car we were interested in. Prices and incentives are clearly identified. They take their time and ensure all questions are answered. I can't speak well enough of how Joel Strite worked with me to close the deal. Also, Eric Sheffer was superb in working through financing options and looking out for my interests. I drove over 100 miles to buy my truck from them. My sales representative, Pat Lindsay, was extremely friendly and approachable. He went the extra mile (literally) to give me a crash course in operating a 6-speed transmission for the first time. He was very personable. He was also very trusting (in letting me drive back to the dealership while he was in the car). Jelyn Waltz was very kind and not overly pushy when discussing the accessories for my new car. She was able to answer my questions and is willing to follow up with me in the future. My interactions with Eric Sheffer are also very worthy of a good review. He was quick and efficient all-the-while being sure to discuss the financial issues on a level in which I could understand. He, too, was very personable and easy to talk to. The dealership left a lasting impression on me as one in which has a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Fitzgerald of Chambersburg and I remain very pleased. More
