When it came time we needed to purchase a new car, I knew right away I was going with a Toyota having owned one before. When we went to Fitzgerald the sales person we dealt with was Mike Bockstie. Mike was supper nice, made us feel right at home and was willing to spend as much time as we needed picking out a New Car. There was no sales pressure, we could look around, ask questions, and test drive anything we felt may have been a possibility for us. After picking out the car, Mike had the paper work drawn up in a timely manner, car was cleaned and we were on our way. I sure in the future when we are ready for the next New Car purchase we will surly be going back to Chambersburg Fitzgerald and our Sales guy will be Mike! More

Josh Wolfe went out of his way to help me purchase a new Nissan Altima with ease, even retrieving my old car for me while I was out of the country! I have owned Toyotas for a long time and love them because they are dependable. While my husband and I were looking at the cars in the lot, Mike Bockstie began to help us. My husband, a bit of a gear head, grilled Mike with many questions, and Mike gave detailed answers. Mike was fun and made us feel very comfortable. The dealership clearly posts their pricing procedure and Mike made us feel confident that we received the best price on my new cute, red Corolla. I knew of Mike Bockstie as someone who attended my church although I didn't know him at the time of purchase. Mike is doesn't try to sell me something I can't afford and don't want. The service department has been very cordial even when we just had a question. Sometimes we used the service dep't and sometimes we didn't need to, yet we were met with courtesy nontheless with Mike's assistance and willingness to step out of the sales zone and into the service area. Through our experience with Mike, he has become a friend and we have recommended several other's to go to Fitzgerald Auto Mall and search out Mike. A new Prius has been sold as well as a nearly new Scion due to our recommendation of his reputation. Mike is truly an asset and I wish it worked out that we could by every car from him, but hard as we and he try, sometimes the price point doesn't work with our income, but let me tell you, he works to find the best fit if it exists.
