We were so impressed by the professional attitude and friendly atmosphere at your Chambersburg store that we felt we had to let you know how we feel. Last week we purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla at the Fitzgerald auto mall in Chambersburg, PA. Our experience in every phase of that transaction was amazing. I will be seventy-four next month and over the years have had any number of experiences and encounters with new and used car sales people as well as the sales operations within they work. Many times over the years I have encountered the archetypical ‘car’ salesman. In many cases my first impulse was to button my pockets and run like xxxx to seek sanctuary in the nearest church. (I admit this is a little dramatic but still it’s not too far from the truth.) At the other end of my experiences I have been almost ignored by the sales staff. At the Fitzgerald Mall in Chambersburg I had a completely honest, efficient and enjoyable experience. It was a pleasure for me to be part of the transaction. Michael White, my salesman, was an impressive young man, courteous, polite, efficient and obviously honest throughout the entirety of our purchase. He introduced my wife, Shirley, and me to Mark Moline who after our decision was made informed us of the availability of extras and completed the process of getting our vehicle ready for delivery. He, too, was professional and informative as he dealt with us. The third link in our process was Derek Mann who guided us through the paperwork involved and wrapped up all the loose ends for us. He was more than a pleasure to work with, cheerful and obviously competent. Shirley and I left your place happy that we had not only made the right decision as to what car to buy but had found the perfect place to buy it. It was a pleasure doing business with all of you. She immediately made us feel comfortable, as she has a very warm and friendly personality. Just bought my second car at Fitzgerald in twelve months. (And I have had four friends purchase there in the past year as well.) Completely painless buying experience.
