She was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive. I returned to the dealership on 10 Oct 2023 looking to trade in the Tacoma for a 2019 Tundra. I had the pleasure to get reacquainted with Olga and also meet Chris Ogene. Wow! What a dynamic duo! Chris and Olga are a real team and use the corporate best practice of " Second Team". They are each other's Second Team and as a result they both work to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
