Ms. Lower - I spoke with the Service Manager, Eric Coffey, and he informed me that your car came in with the hood latch broken and that he and another service associate spent 45 minutes trying to realign your hood for you and did not charge you for this. They managed to get the hood latched for you and they also referred you to a body shop they use, since they do not do that type of work on premises. Mr. Coffey and his associate really felt like they went above and beyond for you. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
