They took 3 months to perform my warranty work I was without a car for over 3 months while this dealership performed warranty work on my car. When they eventually told me it was done, it broke down on the way home due to an issue with the repair (they didn't connect the shifter cable to the engine correctly, so it came undone while driving home). I called this dealer 23 times over the course of the 3 months and never once received a call back from them. It eventually got to the point where the service representative no longer took my calls. I eventually had to get Dodge Corporate involved and then threaten legal action to get my car back. I love my dodge grand caravan, but find it is very difficult to find good service for it. I would avoid this dealer like the plague. More

You all really need to perform some type of undecover investigation on the USED CAR DEPARTMENT IN ALBANY BECAUSE THEY'RE SWINDLING A LOT OF PEOPLE. Almost everyone that I've recently spoke with, that have purchased a vehicle has been victim to some type of car malfunction that could've been prevented if they were simply informed of the situation before the purchase.
