Five Star was excellent in working with the warranty company and the Service Manager to ensure I get my Tahoe repaired and back to me in a reasonable time period. I would recommend Five Star, and buy an company and the Service Manager to ensure I get my Tahoe repaired and back to me in a reasonable time period. I would recommend Five Star, and buy any warranty that is offered because they stand on principle, once all my needed documents of service history were received I had no issues getting my Tahoe repaired. incompetents' is what they need to be called. ..awful service and i mean awful..they will sale you a vehicle if you have all day..i made big mistake from buying here..dont listen to me and you wi ..awful service and i mean awful..they will sale you a vehicle if you have all day..i made big mistake from buying here..dont listen to me and you will regret..throw out good reviews cause with my experience here its always BAD two and half hours for oil change and left without getting it done....GMC would frown on this place More

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from any yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from anyone. I text them saying I needed my car in 15-20 min. I was asked if I needed my car and I said, yes. She walked away. I got up and figured I needed to go where I drove in. I stood there while a guy drove my car up outside the bay door. He came in, dropped my keys in my hand and walked away without saying a word. I stood there feeling awkward…after a few awkward minutes I asked him if I needed to sign anything. He said, “not that I know of”. Then the gal who checked me in came in and said I could leave. I asked if anything had been done to the car, and I was told, no. I turn and walked out. I came home and made an appointment at a local car repair/tire place to service my car there. I drove 30 min to the dealership and did not appreciate how I was treated. I have always taken my cars to dealerships for service but not anymore. Won’t go back there unless I have to. More

Flew in from Michigan to purchase a used vehicle. John R. picked me up at the hotel just as planned. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was ready and just as Kevin described. The team got me out the door quickly and I was in Michigan by midnight. I check their website regularly for deals and I would definitely take the adventure again. Great people!! More
