When I initially pulled into the lot, I wasn't too impressed since the building seem old and the lot was small. However, too my surprise, I found the perfect car and was able to negotiate the price I needed to afford the purchase. My sales rep was Lloyd Facen and he was so patient and nice! The Sales manager was Billy and he was also pleasant to work with. Thanks to Five Star for helping me to finalize the purchase of my car. Hope to be back soon in a few years to trade up! More

Michael Leatherwood, was the most responsive with his pricing. The dealership's finance team were very straight forward, they tailored their finance & lease rates to my financing needs. Also like that they didn't dicker around with add on services I wasn’t interested in. Finally, a week after my purchase I was so impressed that Five Star Chevrolet sales rep., Mr. Leatherwood offered to come out to my home to assist me with some technical issues I was having with my smart phone and Sonic's navigation system.
