We were told to come in at 2PM to pick up our truck. We were called on the drive over by the office to confirm we were on the way. When we arrived, the salesperson informed us that the new truck had bee We were called on the drive over by the office to confirm we were on the way. When we arrived, the salesperson informed us that the new truck had been loaned out and was not available until it was returned. Further, we were informed that an email had been sent and if we had read the email we would know not to visit at 2PM. This excuse was repeated multiple times as if it was our fault. To say this was a disappointment would be a major understatement. Not only did the salesperson make minimal effort to contact us, and even blame us the inconvenience, but the caller who checked on us to make sure we came at 2PM seemed to be unaware of the situation that we had informed of. Lack of integrity, lack of responsibility, lack of respect for other peoples time. More
