Very professional staff. My specific situation relates to a Comprehensive Insurance Claim. Nic Peters, the Five Star Service writer, was terrific. He kept me informed related to the assessment, work performed, and worked closely with the insurance adjusters. It took quite a-bit of effort on his part to present the data related to my claim to the adjustors (three iterations).
