The dealer was pretty good. This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. The salesman I was working with left the company so I wasn’t really kept up to date but the ford tracker This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. The salesman I was working with left the company so I wasn’t really kept up to date but the ford tracker did that for the most part. Ford messed up and marked the truck delivered and then the shipper marked it delivered and Patrick and bill had to go searching for the truck. Luckily they found it but ford really needs to work on the tracker and the shipper needs to not mark stuff delivered before it is at the dealer. They gave me great on my trade in and made everything right even though it wasn’t their fault. Detail guys scratched the truck up pretty good but bill got most out I’m sure my detail guy will get the rest that’s only reason for 4 star is the detail guys really. Woulda been happier with how it was off the truck than after they touched it honestly. Overall definitely recommend them and will more than likely buy my next truck from them also. More

This dealership isn’t honest with their customers. Was told there’s 2 cars to choose from. I get there and there was only 1. White Ford Focus with several brown spots on interior roof. While waiting for check at desk. They come out with questions about past addresses, etc. which has never happened before. As a recent divorced woman , I felt very uncomfortable with the way they treated me. I went home and realized I forgot to change my name on car. But theses sales people didn’t explained anything to me. Plus tried to squeeze more money out of me even though I had already given them my fixed amount. More
