Every time I need something or have a question he is more than willing to help me out. Customer service is their goal and Nic is doing a great job! Skeeter was very helpful and I felt I got the best price I could get on this vehicle by the time we were done. I was not impressed with the waiting time required to see the finance people and sign the paperwork. As for service, we had previously bought a very disappointing Focus and could get nothing done with the transmission issues, finally had to trade it in. Also, on a new F-150 last year, at 11k miles, the throttle body went bad. I researched and basically told the service department what the issue was and they would not do anything because it did not show a service code. This was a dangerous defect, because the truck would just lose power out of the blue wherever I happened to be driving and cause me to have to find a way to get off the road and not get hit. Two trips to the dealer and no help. Finally after 2-3 weeks of this, it threw a code and they decided they would fix it. Did not give me a loaner car while they kept my truck for nearly a week. More

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! Contacted a salesman about a used F-150 on their lot and after talking with him several times we decided to make the long drive from Alabama (3 hours) Contacted a salesman about a used F-150 on their lot and after talking with him several times we decided to make the long drive from Alabama (3 hours) to purchase the vehicle. We talked to the salesman that morning before leaving and told him we are were on our way...no problem. We arrived 3 hours and 15 minutes later to the news from this dealership that they had given us the wrong price! Did they come off the price any for their mistake and for our inconvenience--NOT AT ALL. They said that they could not and would not loose money on the deal. This place is a joke...more about making money than costumer satisfaction. BUT the silver lining to this dark cloud is that we decided to look at other dealers since we had already made the drive and we found a much better truck, fewer miles, more options, and a much better price at Woody Butts Automotive in Warner Robins and we are glad that Five Star Ford was so incompetent because we love our F-150 and would highly recommend Woody Butts Auto to everyone...ask for JoJo, he was a super nice guy.
