Wanted an oil change, needed a tire due to a screw in the back passenger tire. I was there from 8am to 11:30 am and I thought that was too long for an oil change. The staff were friendly. They serviced my car in less time than stated. Staff kept me informed the whole time and offered me popcorn/water while I waited for the hour and half that I was there. I wish I time than stated. Staff kept me informed the whole time and offered me popcorn/water while I waited for the hour and half that I was there. I wish I can say my visit there solved my issues. Found out next day it didn’t. I was so excited to be back on the road again and to find out I had two recalls on my car and got those fixed as well and to learn that those could be part of my problem. So they were very friendly and helpful, but my car is still not working properly which is a problem as I was told that they were going to run a diagnostic test to find the issue. Thanks called back and told them my dilemma and he told me to bring it back for a full diagnostic test, which I thought was already did. More
