It was my first time at five star Nissan. No issues when making the appointment. It was for 430.but I got off work and called to see if I could come in early. They said sure. The slowest people and they lie so bad just to get money out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radi out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radio which was still under warranty... Well the radio was working but the plugs (usb, aux) stopped working. Took it back and they charged me $200 for them to still not fix the issue. Prices are way too high, employees don’t work and I don’t think they have been properly trained just hired on a buddy buddy system More
