Everyone was great. We worked with Joshua Marston, and we were very impressed! He is great at what he does. He answered any questions we had, and did all he could to help get us in the car we wanted. It was my first time at five star Nissan. No issues when making the appointment. It was for 430.but I got off work and called to see if I could come in early. They said sure. The slowest people and they lie so bad just to get money out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radi out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radio which was still under warranty... Well the radio was working but the plugs (usb, aux) stopped working. Took it back and they charged me $200 for them to still not fix the issue. Prices are way too high, employees don’t work and I don’t think they have been properly trained just hired on a buddy buddy system More
