Took 4 hours to purchase a vehicle, was lied to, salesman actively misrepresented the deal, lied about th Would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Took 4 hours to purchase a vehicle, was lied to, salesman actively misrepresented the deal, lied about the interest rate, lied about the payment, extra charges were rolled into the loan without my knowledge, the paper I signed for payment and price were not reflected by my loan statement. Called my bank and was quoted 2% interest rate and told salesman and sales manager I would like to use that bank again and only run my credit once. Credit was pulled over 5 times, and then without my knowledge or known consent they gave me a 7% loan. Will never buy a car from any 5 start dealership, will not have any car serviced there, and will never recommend them. I will tell any and everyone I know looking for cars to avoid this dealership at all costs unless they're looking for high pressure sales tactics and to be taken advantage of. Could have been a very easy sale for the dealership but they had to go and make it into a smoke and mirrors sale and be dirty about it when it wasn't even necessary. More
