We went into the dealership just to look and walked out with a new Altima. I think this says a lot for your salesman Curt Brown. He was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in. He was always fair and easy to deal and was always able to solve our problems to our complete satisfaction. Having Bobby Poston as your service manage is a big plus for us. I was recently in the market for a new truck. After some research I decided on a Nissan Frontier. I looked online at several dealerships and even called some. I was impressed when I called Palmetto Nissan, so I went by. They didn't have a truck like I was looking for but Steve Harpe and Sidney Swinney went out of their way to find one. They located one at another dealership and had it delivered. When I went to pick it up Sidney went with my wife and me and sat in it and explained it's features. For years I had driven a GM vehicle. When the Murano hit the road I knew I had to have one so to Palmetto Nissian I went. I purchased a 2010 Murano and I love it. After showing me the vehicles he had I decided on a color that they didn't have on the lot. He called around and found the exact color with all the options I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. The finance manager was right on target with his payment/interest rate. Since having my Murano I have been back to have routine service done and I am very pleased with the treatment I have received in the service department. The work is done quickly and they are very polite but yet very professional. I will continue to travel from my home to Palmetto Nissian to have my vehicle serviced by these great guys. More
