I thought the only option I had was to go to a "buy here - pay here" dealer, and purchase a car without warranty and that could possibly break down as soon as I drove it off the lot. David and the staff at Palmetto Nissan made me feel like I was the only customer that night. After driving off in my brand new 2012 Nissan Versa, I realized at that very moment, David and the staff at Palmetto Nissan had my best interest at heart! Friendliness, dependability, honesty, & integrity are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Palmetto Nissan and its trained staff. I am always asked if I need a ride while I am getting my truck serviced or if I would like to wait while enjoying a nice cup of hot coffee. For years I had driven a GM vehicle. When the Murano hit the road I knew I had to have one so to Palmetto Nissian I went. I purchased a 2010 Murano and I love it. The salesman was friendly and not pushy a the road I knew I had to have one so to Palmetto Nissian I went. I purchased a 2010 Murano and I love it. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. After showing me the vehicles he had I decided on a color that they didn't have on the lot. He called around and found the exact color with all the options I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. The finance manager was right on target with his payment/interest rate. Since having my Murano I have been back to have routine service done and I am very pleased with the treatment I have received in the service department. The work is done quickly and they are very polite but yet very professional. I will continue to travel from my home to Palmetto Nissian to have my vehicle serviced by these great guys. More
My experience was great from the beginning. Once my company reached out to the dealership the sales person (Curt Brown) contacted me immediately and inquired about my desire. He was professional and respectful while obtaining everything I wanted. He answered all questions or insecurities I had regard purchasing the car. Curt made my purchase experience a delight. I have never purchased a car and walked away feeling like I was ripped off. I actually feel good about the purchase and I love my car. My wife and I stopped by Palmetto Nissan in Florence one Saturday morning in February, so she could just "look around" at the new vehicles. A little while later we left the dealership driving a 2011 Nissan Saturday morning in February, so she could just "look around" at the new vehicles. A little while later we left the dealership driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue!!! The salesperson (David Alsberry), and everyone else we dealt with that Saturday morning were wonderful. I felt as though we received a very fair price for our "trade in", and some got some great financing. I've taken the car to the service department on a couple of occasions for the normal maintenance (oil, filter change, etc.) and have been just as pleased with the folks in the service department. Overall, this has been the most "pleasurable" car buying experience I've ever had...thanks to the folks at Palmetto Nissan. More

I went to Palmetto Nissan to get rear axel fixed on my titan, I was told a price, and was told when to pick it up. 3hours later the service dept manager calls me and says "I have good news and bad news" I titan, I was told a price, and was told when to pick it up. 3hours later the service dept manager calls me and says "I have good news and bad news" I didnt know what to expect so i said give me the bad news first, He told me that it would take longer to fix my truck because they had to order a part. so whats the good news i said. After he did some research he found out that my truck was still under power train warrant so it cost me nothing to get it fixed he didnt have to tell me that but he did thank the Lord.So the next bday he calls me and says your truck is ready. i go and pick it up and to my surprise it is washed and vaccumed out. I didnt expect that but was pleasntly surprised. Its good to leave a dealership happy when you are surprised than fell like you were taken to the cleaners, thanks Palmetto Nissan.Sincerely Lee Wiggins More
Had problems with paint on new Altima with 6500 miles.Ralph replaced the car with a new one at no charge!!!O dollars..The new car had 2 more options than the first....Great communications..
