He was professional and respectful while obtaining everything I wanted. He answered all questions or insecurities I had regard purchasing the car. Curt made my purchase experience a delight. I have never purchased a car and walked away feeling like I was ripped off. I actually feel good about the purchase and I love my car. I was very pleased with the service department at Palmetto Nissan. The staff was very nice to me. I was offered transportation to and from anywhere I needed to go while my car was being serviced. They called to let me know when my car was ready. I will continue to take my car to Palmetto Nissan for future service. I highly recommend them for your service needs. More
I went to Palmetto Nissan to get rear axel fixed on my titan, I was told a price, and was told when to pick it up. 3hours later the service dept manager calls me and says "I have good news and bad news" I titan, I was told a price, and was told when to pick it up. 3hours later the service dept manager calls me and says "I have good news and bad news" I didnt know what to expect so i said give me the bad news first, He told me that it would take longer to fix my truck because they had to order a part. so whats the good news i said. After he did some research he found out that my truck was still under power train warrant so it cost me nothing to get it fixed he didnt have to tell me that but he did thank the Lord.So the next bday he calls me and says your truck is ready. i go and pick it up and to my surprise it is washed and vaccumed out. I didnt expect that but was pleasntly surprised. Its good to leave a dealership happy when you are surprised than fell like you were taken to the cleaners, thanks Palmetto Nissan.Sincerely Lee Wiggins More
Had problems with paint on new Altima with 6500 miles.Ralph replaced the car with a new one at no charge!!!O dollars..The new car had 2 more options than the first....Great communications.. While I was waiting for service to find out what was wrong with my Nissan Altima, Talitha did an outstanding job educating me on the features of a Versa and a Sentra, and any other car on the lot I wish wrong with my Nissan Altima, Talitha did an outstanding job educating me on the features of a Versa and a Sentra, and any other car on the lot I wished to discuss. In the service department, Phil, Bobby, and Bobby, were very polite and made sure I got safely to a rental car at Enterprise as soon as I found out a part had to be ordered to fix my car. I was ecstatic the next day when I called Palmetto Nissan around 4:15pm and was told that I could pick up my Altima that afternoon instead of having to wait an extra day. Ed, the technician, definitely gets my vote of confidence for knowing how to fix a car in a timely fashion. Upon driving off the lot, I realized for the first time ever just how great the power steering feels in my now four and a half year old Altima. It drives better than it ever has before and I will forever promote and sing the praises of Palmetto Nissan to all my colleagues, friends, and family. More
