While I was waiting for service to find out what was wrong with my Nissan Altima, Talitha did an outstanding job educating me on the features of a Versa and a Sentra, and any other car on the lot I wish wrong with my Nissan Altima, Talitha did an outstanding job educating me on the features of a Versa and a Sentra, and any other car on the lot I wished to discuss. In the service department, Phil, Bobby, and Bobby, were very polite and made sure I got safely to a rental car at Enterprise as soon as I found out a part had to be ordered to fix my car. I was ecstatic the next day when I called Palmetto Nissan around 4:15pm and was told that I could pick up my Altima that afternoon instead of having to wait an extra day. Ed, the technician, definitely gets my vote of confidence for knowing how to fix a car in a timely fashion. Upon driving off the lot, I realized for the first time ever just how great the power steering feels in my now four and a half year old Altima. It drives better than it ever has before and I will forever promote and sing the praises of Palmetto Nissan to all my colleagues, friends, and family. More
