I was traveling thru the state to TN and my a/c stopped working. I was close to Five Star Nissan so I pulled in. They were able to squeeze me in and run a diagnostic check on my car. Inquired about a 2016 Nissan Altima description on web site & car gurus were normal and stated car was in good condition. Sent me a video, everything looked good. Negotiated a price and I made the 1 hour trip to Florence. I understand there will be the usual dings and scrapes when dealing with preowned vehicles. Upon a quick visual inspection noticed the front bumper was badly cracked and needed to be completely replace. It was being held together by tape! No mention of this pretty significant factor at any point. The kicker is they said i could pay $500 for them to fix it!! Unbelievable!! Negotiated in bad faith. After the fact had the nerve to say that was reason car was priced so low, even though the fact that the buyer would be looking at a $500-$1000 complete bumper replacement is never mentioned anywhere. It’s stuff like this that makes people dread having to deal with with car dealers. Stay away from this place. More
