This dealership is a nightmare. They are dishonest and lack empathy. My nightmare began with getting my warranties honored, and were intensified when my car was stolen from their locked service bay and d lack empathy. My nightmare began with getting my warranties honored, and were intensified when my car was stolen from their locked service bay and damaged when recovered. Today, I was told that they really aren’t responsible for anything missing or damaged from the theft. And “ if my vehicle was stolen from Publix, that Publix would not be responsible. I had to leave in a damaged , scratched up vehicle with a screwed up bumper, missing sound system (among other things) damaged rims, and a pull to the left when driving. DO NOT BUY your car from them. This has been a heartbreaking and frustrating experience. To make matters worse, not once have I heard from the upper management or owner. More
