The Way Sales and Service SHOULD Be Done! We hear a lot of hype these days about sales and service. Most of it is just that, hype. However from the initial contact straight through to walking We hear a lot of hype these days about sales and service. Most of it is just that, hype. However from the initial contact straight through to walking out the door it was nothing short of stunning when dealing with Five Star Nissan of Warner Robins. From the original email inquiry which Stacy Campbell responded to so fast I was floored! She was very efficient in ascertaining our needs and setting an appointment to view the vehicle I saw on the internet. When we arrived we were quickly taken to Jason Smith who in turn introduced us to Kimiai Trueheart. Mr Trueheart asked us a few questions and then proceeded to show us several vehicles, all of which we would have had an interest in seeing and all within our price range. . We also were shown the specific vehicle we originally inquired about. Mr Trueheart pointed out features and pricing of each vehicle and it was clear he knew his products. At no time did we feel obligated or pressured to buy anything. Since this was my car, I was the buyer. At no time did Mr. Trueheart talk "over my head to my husband", he didn't show me the vanity mirrors, nor did he ask me if "I liked the color". He talked directly to me about the car and clearly answered the questions I asked which made it easier to make a decision. During the actual purchasing process we were never left with the feeling that this was "taking forever". Everyone involved in pulling the deal together were always moving forward with their part of the transaction to get it done correctly. Considering how many vehicles I looked at I can't believe we were there five hours start to finish. After a successful 20-year career in Real Estate I tend to be hard on sales personnel. However I can tell you that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Five Stat Nissan of Warner Robbins and more to the point Mr. Trueheart. I predict he will have a long and successful career in Sales if he continues to deal with people in the same manner as he dealt with myself and my husband. Very Disappointed. After three trips to your dealership, I still have no high beam lights. On my first visit I was informed you did not have the part in stock and woul After three trips to your dealership, I still have no high beam lights. On my first visit I was informed you did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. I was notified when the part arrived. After sitting there for about an hour I was informed that the part they ordered was not the correct part for my car. They explained it was not their fault as they ordered the part based on the car's vin number and since I failed to tell them I had fog lights installed after purchasing the vehicle it was the wrong part. I informed your service technician the fog lights were on this vehicle when I purchased it. He finally conceded that it might be possible that the lights were added by the dealership before the vehicle was purchased. I received another call that the part was in. I visited the dealership this morning and after sitting there for 2 hours I was informed that the part they ordered was not the correct part. I was again told that since I had added fog lights after purchasing the vehicle that the part they ordered based on the vin number would not work in my car. I explained to your technician that this is exactly what I was told on my last visit and that this was my third visit. He did offer to see if there was a 2011 Maxima on the lot that he could take the part off and use on my car. I purchased the extended warranty on this car and did not want a used part as my warranty was paying for a new part. Little to say I did not leave this dealership happy and will most likely not return for service and/or purchase of another vehicle. More

Mr. Jodie Eakins I wanted to purchase a truck at another 5 - star location but they would not sell me truck because I would not finance it with them. I called Mr. Jodi I wanted to purchase a truck at another 5 - star location but they would not sell me truck because I would not finance it with them. I called Mr. Jodie Eakins and ask him for help. He not only got the truck I wanted for the same price, but he also got me a better interest rate. I was unable to go to the dealership until I got off of work so my wife went early. She was treated extremely well by Jodie and other staff member until my arrival. All the staff at 5 star Nissan are both professional and courtesy. The financial officer explained all the charges to my wife before I even got there, all that was left for me to do was sign a few paper. I have already been telling people about the great service we received at 5 star. I want to personally thank Jodie for all he did for me and my family More
What a day!!! My husband and I were so happy to walk into this location. We knew exactly what we wanted and it happened!!! I love my 2008 Buick Enclave. The car wasn't the best thing out of this deal, it was our salesman. Kimiai Trueheart was AWESOME!!! He was a God sent:) He made sure we were happy with the car even if it wasn't our first choice. I fell in love after the first test drive. My mother loves him too. She is happy with her selection as well. We will be back in a few years. More
Stay Away So, I went to Fivestar to see about a used 2007 Tahoe. Started out working with Jodie but had to be passed over to a few other people due to prior eng So, I went to Fivestar to see about a used 2007 Tahoe. Started out working with Jodie but had to be passed over to a few other people due to prior engagements. I looked over the Tahoe and pointed out a few issues I saw to which they said would be taken care of. I went on to ask about the vehicle if everything function as it should, if anything was wrong with it, does it leak oil? All to which I was told everything worked, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it doesn’t leak oil. So it all seemed to be going great and I purchased the Tahoe. Granted it took me forever to get out of there because their paperwork skills are severely lacking and got messed up multiple times due to the wrong info being on it. Too bad it didn’t stay great when I left. Shortly after, I found oil under the bottom of it, the cruise control didn’t work, one of the DVD screens didn’t function and the CD player would only read half the disc. They finally replaced the pulleys that were squealing but in the end the alternator was contributing to it too which I had to fight about to get them to replace. They sent it to Fivestar Chevy for diagnostics and they replaced the alternator. Too bad that wasn’t what was squealing. They refused to fix any of these things that they said all worked completely fine. I didn’t pay almost $21K for a vehicle that didn’t work; at least that wasn’t my plan. Jodie himself is awesome and has been trying to get them to fix the stuff but in the end it isn’t his call. The rest of them though, well, what can I say Fivestar gets a ONE star from me and I will not return and would recommend anyone that lives in this area to stay away. There are better dealers out there that will not lie and cheat you. They even reset the oil life monitor and said they changed it but the oil was black. My overall experience was very poor. It has now been almost 30 days and still cannot register the vehicle because they didn’t ensure the previous owner signed the title work as it should have been done. More

After getting the lowest guaranteed price from Kimiai Truheart at Five Star Nissan, he invited us to come in late Saturday evening. Even after a very long and busy day, he was very friendly and patient. We signed our paper work and ordered our car. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue that we were to purchase. We received a loner car, which we didn't have to beg for , and I appreciate that immensely. We got our car on Wednesday and again we're very pleased with the ease and timing of our transaction. We were in and out in an hour. Our car was detailed, and filled with gas. We were introduced to the service manager and given two free oil changes. Never, has buying a car been this pleasant. I love my 2014 Nissan Rogue , I was very particular about what I wanted, and didn't get talked into something I didn't want, just because it was on the lot.
