Worst dealership ever-both sales and service deplorable Bought “CPO” T&C with 17k. CPO never submitted. 40k trans problem but supposedly just a programming issue but put a lot of stress on transmission. At 61700 miles the transmission seemed to self destruct. Have owned several minivans but this is the worst situation I have ever experienced. Towed to dealership with AAA and a couple days later was told it needed new transmission. The service adviser made light of the fact that it would cost $4300 to repair. I said it should be covers under my CPO which is to 100k. Well no they never made the car CPO and I still purchased a $1200.00 service contract. The service advisor says he spoke to zone rep and it would not be covered. I called Chrysler customer service number and after a couple days received an offer of being able to pay $1000 and Chrysler would cover the rest. The dealership service people seemed very upset about this and seemed to attempt to sabotage this offer from Chrysler. They lied to us about completion time and said the “area manager” Wanda will not agree to repair and she has the authority over the Chrysler customer care center. This went on for 35 days. My wife had no car to care for her 3 grandchildren. The sales manager Pete (who is no longer at dealership) tried to help my wife and gave us a used car to drive for 2 days partway through this drama. In the meantime she got the flu and had a 102 fever. We told them to come get car since she could not go out. The “loaner car” which we couldn’t drive since the agreement expired sat in our garage and then our driveway for over 2 weeks without being driven. All the time we could not get an answer on our car despite repeated calls to the service department and to Amy, the supposed acting service director. About 25 days into this ridiculousness Amy spoke to my wife and said they would call the police if we didn’t return the car. We had contact the dealership no less than 6 times to pick it up and they finally did. Well 30days into this I was able to find the email address to one of the vice-president of Chrysler and within a day he had someone call me back and I had the car back a couple days later paying the $1000 I was offered at the beginning some 25 days earlier. We left repeated messages for the owner Mindy Miller and she never and even up till now has never called us at all about her dealership. We have purchased at least 6 cars from this dealership and you would think that they would care for their customers. This is a horrible dealership. The service department is horrible. The sales department is horrible. Please please please never go to this dealership. Do not buy a car there or have any service there. They constantly lie and do not care at all about their customers. This starts from the top and Ms Miller obviously does not care how bad her reputation or her dealerships reputation is. STAY AWAY from this horrible horrible dealership More
Terrible Service Department I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also asked that they checked the ATS light that was on since the new battery was installed in August. I was told to be there at 7:30 for they do not take appointments. By 8:45, car was not done, so I asked and was told mechanics don't come in till 0800. By 0915, still no car, but I watched complete chaos at the desk. Couldn't find my papers etc. At checkout I was told I needed a new ABS sensor, that the car was unsafe to drive and the cost would be over $800.00! That wasn't even the sensor that was illuminated. Needles to say I just requested to leave for I knew they didn't check anything or didn't know what they were doing. I am now skeptical of the work they stated to have done! I went home and called Palm Coast Auto repair and was given a 2:00 pm appointment. They took my car right in and within 30 minutes, they turned off the ATS light, something about a yaw sensor and there would be no charge as it was diagnostic. The service at Palm Coast auto repair was professional and organized. I suggest you go to them, for that is who I will use from now on. More

They don't have an F rating with the BBB for nothing. This place is horrible after they get your money. The people are rude and the service department is the absolute worst. I wish I had done my homewor This place is horrible after they get your money. The people are rude and the service department is the absolute worst. I wish I had done my homework before I bought a car from them, they have an F rating with the BBB and it is well deserved. Stay away from this place. More
1-2 weeks for Oil Change When I asked how long of a wait for an oil change on my new Ram 1500 they said 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks? Don't you have an Express Lane like other Dodge/R When I asked how long of a wait for an oil change on my new Ram 1500 they said 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks? Don't you have an Express Lane like other Dodge/Ram dealers? No they said, you have to make an appointment. When I asked if they honored the Mopar specials as seen on my personal Mopar owner's page, they said no. I might have gotten a good deal on my vehicle from Flagler Dodge, but their service department is second rate. I ended up driving 20 miles south to Daytona Dodge where they changed my oil in the Express Lane (within 45 minutes) AND honored the Mopar corporate coupons. Sadly, I will never return to Flagler Dodge ever again. More
re: non service department Twice my wife and I attempted to bring our new 2016 jeep 4 door wrangler in for the 3000 mile service with advanced scheduled appointments. Both times Twice my wife and I attempted to bring our new 2016 jeep 4 door wrangler in for the 3000 mile service with advanced scheduled appointments. Both times we were refused our appointments due to lack of service staff or over booking, etc. We were told they are only taking customers in on a first come first serve basis. What a way to do business! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! Gary More
service department almost non existant. Friday morning, no tech's visable, so called service doing diagnostics with no tools, equipment, or knowledge. I am a retired automotive engineer and Friday morning, no tech's visable, so called service doing diagnostics with no tools, equipment, or knowledge. I am a retired automotive engineer and I have seen more able service personnel at lawn mower shops. If you like your car or truck avoid this dealer. More
