Can't fix car My wife bought a GL450 from them about a year ago. It was a certified car. They touted that they could not budge on the price because if was so nice My wife bought a GL450 from them about a year ago. It was a certified car. They touted that they could not budge on the price because if was so nice. I said OK but it has a rattle in the sunroof I want taken care of as well as a clunk in the front end. Before delivery they had done neither! So I drove off the lot in our "new" car hear a clunk and a rattle. My purchase of this car just went from happy to upset that they had not addressed what we asked. We brought the car back later and they said that they were able to fix the clunk in the front end but the sunroof job was a large one and they needed more time. We were fine with that and everyone agreed it would be taken care of on the next major service. Yesterday was the next service and they are saying that they can not hear the rattle so they are not going to do anything about it. This even though we all agreed on the last visit that it would be taken addressed! The keyless entry has also been an issue ever since we purchased the car. Last time we brought the car in they replaced the batteries. This time we got the old cannot duplicate the problem and they put batteries in the remotes again. I got the feeling that even though we made the appointment weeks ago they were to busy and did not want to spend the time trying to figure out the real issues with he car. I love driving around in an expensive car and listening to a rattle over my head all the time. I understand that some times things can be hard to find and that is not so much the issue. The issue that I have is that on the previous visit we laid out a plan for the repair and now they are changing their mind. So I guess I will drive my Ford Transit van because it has less rattles then my GL 450! More

I have always taken my car to Flagship for service. The primary reason being that the quality of service is second to none. Whenever I experience a problem I call Grace Cosco and she will tell me to bring the car right in immediately. She will personally greet me and have a loner car ready so that I do not have to wait. Al Swirka will ask me very detailed questions about the problem that I am experiencing and I am on my way in a loner. I will get a call from Al explaining specifically what is required to make the repair. I will then get a call telling me that my car is ready to be picked up. When it is delivered to me it has been washed and vacuumed. Grace will always follow up with me to be sure that I am completely satisfied with their service. Best treatment that I have ever experienced with an automobile dealership. More

I have to say that Grace is one in a million she always goes above and beyond to make my experience at the service are as pleasant as possible. We are even on a first name basis, and have a number to reach her at any time. You are not just a number in their eyes, you are a person that matters. I would send everyone I know to this dealership. I almost forgot Paul McDaniels what a classy supervisor at Flagship, is the reason I stop purchasing BMW's. He isn't just a person I go to to purchase my cars through he is also an great friend that I met at BMW in 2001. Last but not less Marc Limage how can you forget about him when it comes to dedication and time Marc is your guy, when I purchased my ML 350 he educated me on the vehicle like I was going to school for the first day when was amazing thanks again to everyone at Flagship for the AMAZING service I get every time I come there. There is a certain expectation of customer service when dealing with a Dealership like Flagship and a brand like Mercedes-Benz. The surprise, is that the initial expectation was surpassed. Sales and service before, during and especially after the sale have been outstanding. My sales person was Rob Slocum, a very knowledgeable [and patient] person who acquainted me with all of the new model’s features and capabilities. Recently, I had an unscheduled service problem on a Saturday. Erin Crosby in Service handled the problem and put me in a loaner so I could be on time to my nephew’s wedding in Connecticut. In my haste, I left an important set of keys in my car. I contacted Rob, who was on his way to his daughter’s bridal shower. Rather than have me wait until the next day, Rob had Ken Julian, the Sales Manager, call me. Ken was kind enough to find and secure the keys and call me back to tell me he had them so I could pick them up the next day on my way back to Boston. That’s great service! Thank you. More

I got serviced! Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Cosco in Customer Service. Instead of saying "Make an appointment", or "Do you have an appointment?", she asked when could I bring the car in? When I said I would be coming past in about 10 minutes she said then stop in now and come see her. She had one of the techs come right out to my car and he increased the volume thru the controls. Problem solved and Grace was able to minimize my wait for the car to be done. In addition, she arranged to have the car washed. Many places say they give good customer service, but Grace and Flagship Motorcars actually get it done properly. Hats off to them! More
