"Service repairs to my GMC pickup"

Brenda is truly a rare person. She takes customer service to all whole new level. She was informative and willing to work to get GMC to help cover costs that were just design related; with her dedication to bringing the customers best interest to the forefront. She solved all the issues for me with my best interest in mind. She is the best service person i have ever had the pleasure to work with. Drop off and check in was also a great experience. Anthony was totally on his game. In and done in just a few minutes.

I came in for a routine service appointment . Jessica clearly and thoroughly explained what was found on my vehicle during the inspection. I did need a new battery. Despite this additional service, I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour!

"Car service"

When I called they told me my car would be an hour. I honestly did not Bruce this as I rushed there from work and everything would have been hot. The best ever under an hour and my car cleaned and everybody was so polite. I am beyond happy with my car, but the service was amazing. Thank you for all that you do.

"2015 Silverado 3rd brake light water leak"

Noticed headliner stained near rear slider. Called my service rep Duncan, he said properly 3rd brake light . Before bringing truck in also noticed that the rear floor was soaking wet. Brought truck in to dealer, Ducan set me up with a loaner truck and listened to my concerns. They replaced 3rd tail light , turned back headliner and rear carpet to dry out properly, then reinstalled. Better yet covered under warranty. Duncan kept me advised the whole process. Another fine job. The only problem was some glue residue on the back seat but, Anthony the service manager took care of it himself.
