I gave 4 stars because of the polite staff. This way my second visit for a repair that was not ordered and I had to reschedule. Everyone makes mistakes I have been coming here for 13years and always have a good experience.
I went into the dealership thinking I didn't need an appointment. When I walked in, I froze...but Brenda called me over. I told her my blunder, and asked for a miracle. She told me not to worry, she could make something happen. And she did. I was out an hour later with oil changed, tires rotated, and something else I needed. She was great and thanks to everyone on the team who helped me out. Great service by great people!
I had the pleasure of working with Tony Hall, I think that he's the best mechanic I've worked with. He is polite, friendly and you know he will take care of you! Having a mechanic you trust always makes you feel good.
My initial purpose was to get four new tires.
Your repair department looked over my vehicle and found several things in need of attention.
Some parts in need of being replaced had to be shipped,but that was done over night.
All were received the next day and the work was completed that day.
I also want to compliment Diane at the front desk. She definitely helped things go smoothly throughout. Thanks for her help!
This is to inform you that I've been a regular customer of Flemington/Cadillac. I’ve been dealing with the sales and services department regularly as well. However I’m writing this review for one of your employees who I have been interacting with on regular basis. His name is Duncan and I have been dealing with him since 2016. I just want to bring this to your notice that Duncan has been exceptional every time I have interacted with him. He’s been a thorough professional and an amazing human being as well. I have always been satisfied with his level of service and respect. His attention to detail is phenomenal & his customer services are simply off the charts.
I believe that Flemington GM has hired an amazing resource. A resource that should be nurtured by Flemington GM. He’s a great ambassador for your company and I believe that based on his services and on my (and few other regular customers) recommendation, he deserves a “Raise”. I would appreciate if this can be looked into, as being a businessmen I believe that now a days it’s hard to find such a loyal
Resource. To be honest, Duncan and Anthony are the reasons that I drive 180 miles and I keep coming back to your dealership for services/sales.
