Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I would like to retract my second review posted 5/28/10. I have since returned to the dealership and they have gone to great lengths to rectify the problem. I was contacted by them even before I returned this morning. This all appears to be the result of misunderstandings/miscommunications. I would like to commend and thank the management at Fletcher Dodge for putting the customer (me) first and making sure I am a satisfied customer, which I now am. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. My one suggestion would be to make sure, beyond any doubt, that the customer is, in fact, getting what they think they are buying. Good deal and Brad worked hard to get me a good deal. Would have liked to have had a little longer warranty on the truck as the dealer was 60 miles from my home. I had dealt with Fletcher in the past but I had been out of state for four years so i figured things had changed at Fletcher. I WAS WRONG.
