We decided to see if positive-changes had been made since our last vehicle purchases there. Our visit started with Fletcher's pleasantly, helpful, Internet rep. Jessica Dailey getting things arranged for our scheduled-visit. Kudos to James Romine (General Sales Manager) who took a positive, genuine, interest & dove-in head-first. James is an amazingly-genuine & personable-individual, that is very-proactive when it comes to making-for a great customer-experience. Also! We are very-pleased with our sales person Megan McCarty's adaptability, diligence, extra-effort, & time-spent, in making-sure that our deal ended with a gand-slam on her behalf in meeting our expectations. BTW! Megan has her own "Jegs" pink tool-box of tools & cleaning-supplies, along with the skill-set to use them. Megan did not mind getting dirty to make-sure that our vehicle was showroom-pristine before we drove off the lot in our new vehicle. All this said! Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever I've purchased many cars from different dealerships in our area, usually taking an entire day and a lot of frustration on my part. I met Megan McCart I've purchased many cars from different dealerships in our area, usually taking an entire day and a lot of frustration on my part. I met Megan McCarty in the car lot, she introduced herself and ask what we were looking for (at that point I was not sure which model). She told us about the different models and suggested we try a test drive in the Limited. She tried to find a new one, but could not. She ask what I wanted on the car and I gave her specifics. One was ordered, we went in when it arrived. This dealership was great! Megan took charge and within about 3 hours, I had everything taken care of and was ready to leave with my new Cherokee Limited. I am completely satisfied with the way Megan handled the sale and would definitely recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a Jeep! I am still in awe of how easy it was!! More
