From the first day I contacted him through Auto Trader til the day I picked up my car he was the best I have ever dealt with when buying a new vehicle. There were no long negotiations and he basically did everything while communicating with me either by text or email. I was quoted a price and told everything was in order all I had to do was bring my trade and sign the paperwork. I went through a couple weeks contemplating whether or not to do the deal. It was difficult do to the fact I was 3 hours away. Dick hung in there with me but never once pressured me into a decision. Once I decided to do the deal, I was truly expecting the normal what I had been used to at other dealerships long drawn out process and being 3 hours away was not looking forward to it. But true to his word I was in and out in under 2 hours. Dick Giles is the man. Now I am driving my dream car and loving every minute of it. Summary of Megan McCarty Sales Experience I haven't been in the market for a new car for six years and recently decided to visit the local Chrysler dealership because of their stock of Grand C I haven't been in the market for a new car for six years and recently decided to visit the local Chrysler dealership because of their stock of Grand Cherokees on the lot. For the record, I've only owned GM products up to this point, 9 total, and transitioning to a Chrysler product was not a natural move. However, the Jeep was perfect for what I was looking for in a car and Megan was the right person to sell it. In terms of the Jeep it was because I wanted a true SUV and not a car-based CUV and I didn't want a full-size SUV like a Tahoe. Megan's sales approach was spot-on in the sense of talking about the vehicles smallest details without being pushy. She was very easy to work with and personable, too. More

He was telling me to sign very quickly and I wanted to review the paperwork. Good thing because there were a few mistakes With the numbers . He also tried to upsell me a warranty that I didn’t need. He gave me the wrong information on my warranty and I tried to tell him he was incorrec and he would not listen to me finally I had to get the used car manager to talk to him to get him straight.
