Disappointed to Elated...Gotta Love Fletcher I knew I wanted a Jeep and I went to lots of dealers. Out of the first 5 I went to, 4 of them wouldn't help me. I must not look like I have money ;- I knew I wanted a Jeep and I went to lots of dealers. Out of the first 5 I went to, 4 of them wouldn't help me. I must not look like I have money ;-) So I gave up and looked to the Internet where anonymity makes all buyers equal. I found 2 Renegades that I was interested in; one at Fletcher and one online. I sent a chat message and Anna took care of me right away. I work ALOT so coming down for multiple trips wasn't an option. They helped me do everything remotely. I just had to show up with my check and drive away with my new ride. I love my Jeep Renegade. I love it even more that I wasn't pressured, had great communication and got a good deal. I even got my picture taken in the Slingshot and we talked sports! The showroom has amazing older model cars. Thanks to Anna, Brad and Chuck for all your help! More

POOR MANAGEMENT I left my current employer in sales and was hired for a sales position at Fletcher with a start date on Jan 10th after completing background check and I left my current employer in sales and was hired for a sales position at Fletcher with a start date on Jan 10th after completing background check and drug test and well then I was called from James Romine saying that they couldn’t hire me because of a few extra points I had on my license for insurance coverage until I get that taking care of. So I get that taking care of the next day and I inform James it was fixed and I have no points after talking to the license branch and he said he would call me on Jan 22nd once he was back from vacation. Ok??? So I wait and wait then call I call him on the 22nd and he say I will call you back to get you started. I passed up many opportunities because I had this job lined up and After 3 weeks of consistently calling and trying to get ahold of James I was ignored and then finally get an answer today on Feb 8th of him saying he can’t get an answer back and he was sorry. Can you believe how unprofessional and inconsiderate these people are. After leaving my previous employer I have no job and on the search again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there. Poor management period!!!!! More

Best experience I have had by far at ANY dealership! We stopped to look at a truck we saw just passing by the dealership. We were greeted by a gentleman named Dakota, SUPER nice guy! He wasn't pushy, ans We stopped to look at a truck we saw just passing by the dealership. We were greeted by a gentleman named Dakota, SUPER nice guy! He wasn't pushy, answered all of our questions, and was very kind! We test drove the vehicle, had our trade appraised...when we were negotiating the trade in price for our vehicle they seemed to be very eager to try and come close to what we wanted out of our car (I believe James was the gentleman we worked with on numbers). James was very polite and helpful! Needless to say we found out that Dakota had only worked at this dealership for 2 weeks!!!! We received better service from Dakota and James than we have ever received from any salesman EVER! We could tell Dakota was learning, but he kept a calm attitude through the whole ordeal. Very impressed with these individuals and they are the reason we will continue to use fletcher in the future! More
