She drove me around due to it being so cold that day and showed me exactly the vehicles I was looking for and in my price range. She also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. My husband wasn't with me at the time and I knew he wouldn't be available when Fletcher was open, so Fletcher let me drive the Pacifica home and return it the next day! It's like a test drive on steroids! So helpful! Dennie Mae was the salesperson who helped us. He is brand new but he really did a great job. He is trying so hard to learn everything very quickly and never lead us in the wrong direction. When we decided to purchase, it was a very wonderful process. He told them the monthly payment I desired and we figured out how to make it happen. Dennie even stayed 3 hours past his hours.
