Good sales experience Internet Salesperson, Sam Trezzo, was very friendly and accommodating. We found the vehicle we wanted online, drove up on a Sunday to look at it, and Internet Salesperson, Sam Trezzo, was very friendly and accommodating. We found the vehicle we wanted online, drove up on a Sunday to look at it, and came back on Monday to purchase. My husband called ahead and spoke with Sam, so the vehicle was filled with gas and ready to go. Fletcher gave us a fair price on our trade-in and on the new vehicle. Ian Cress took the time to demonstrate some of the new "high-tech" features. The only "issue" we had at all was waiting to sign all of the paperwork, and that was just because they were so busy that evening. All in all, a very good experience, and we would recommend Fletcher to others.. More

Wasted day trying to buy from this dealer I had spoken to the salesman to reserve a 500 L on Saturday 02-06-2016. The car was placed on hold but the finance manager let someone test drive the vehicle till 400 pm that day. But, I drove 60 minutes one-way to purchase the vehicle to be surprised it was driving away. The sales managers where rude and did not try to help me until after the fact. they have a take it or leave it attitude! Also, after I stated social media has power and no one should buy from you or this dealership! So in today's market place it is customer service and honestly which the finance manger and sales manger do not have. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! TAKE BUSINESS TO OTHER DEALERS. After, all of this the dealership did come through and worked out something for me to get the car I originally placed on hold. James the sales manager worked with me and really was the bright spot plus the salesman was a pleasure. After dealing with the finance manager these two made it a better day. People still need to see this post but this dealer came through and worked with me. Thank you! More
