Everyone was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Since the car that I wanted was not on site, they hustled behind the scenes to procure it so that I didn’t leave empty-handed. I really appreciate all the effort that they put in on my behalf. Find my dream car here I was looking for a C300 sedan, and I have almost visited all dealerships in the bay area. They either don't have the color I wanted, or the package option of the car was not I liked. Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont was about the third dealership I visited. I talked to Jay what the packages and color I was looking for. Luckily they have the car just match everything I requested. We sit down to negotiate the price, Jay was very nice to work for me with his manager to match the price I asked for. For the first day, I did not decide to buy it, as we want to take look at other dealership as well. However, Jay is still very patient and nice to send us out the store. In the next week, Jay was kindly sending emails to keep working on the car we want to buy. Since we could not find any other cars has the same package, unless we waited for couple weeks, or compromised to different color. We accepted the price Jay fought against his manager for us. The price I would say it is great price comparing with other offers. Before we went to the store to pick up the car, Jay had ready prepared every documents for us, and the car is cleaned. He reminded us to have auto insurance ready for the car before we left just made sure we have nice car back to home. I have friend bought CLK from them last December, they recommend this dealership to me, I would go to recommend them to more of my friends. More
