My first Mercedes Benz! Thank you Mike, Tony, and Shaun for your amazing customer service. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike. I Thank you Mike, Tony, and Shaun for your amazing customer service. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike. It was late as well, maybe around 730pm when I arrived to the dealership. Mike was very friendly and made sure I left with the car I wanted! He made sure to answer all of my questions as well. Tony stepped in after Mike made sure I got the best deal. I traded in my 2012 Honda Accord. So this is my first Mercedes Benz! =) Tony is also another amazing salesman. He is very detailed and made sure I left with knowing how to work the many features of my new car! He also went above and beyond customer service in my opinion when I left Tony to go see Shaun next by moving all of my belongings from my Honda into my new car. That was very nice! Shaun made sure I knew about all of the extra packages I could add on to my car. He was not pushy with anything and made sure I knew about each one Benz had to offer. I did go with the basic package. Thank you Mike, Tony, and Shaun for making sure I left a happy girl! From beginning to end, and even after purchasing my new car, customer service has been excellent. The immediate follow up with seeing how my first drive home from the dealership was nice. My cousin will be coming here to trade in her car as well. I am definitely a happy customer who will be referring friends and family here versus other Mercedes Benz dealership. More
