I'll be calling him once it's time to upgrade again. The finance manager I worked with was absolutely fantastic as well. As far as service, Ron Reyes is great! I reside in South San Jose but will travel to Fremont despite of having a few other Mercedes dealers closer to home for maintenance and service just cause of Ron. I absolutely love this dealership. Prior to visiting Fletcher Jones, I test drove the Lexus iS 350 and the BMW 428i- this car surpassed both in the driving pleasure, feel, comfort, and looks department (in my opinion). I would most certainly recommend Fletcher Jones Mercedes to all you German car enthusiasts- they aren't out to loot you of your hard earned money, but to help you find the best car for you and are willing to negotiate without any stringent, repulsive conditions. He seems to be the busiest service advisor but we don't mind waiting for him. He takes the time to see us if we are in the waiting room, or give us a call in spite of his hectic schedule to update us on our car. He is very polite, focus and consistently follows through.
