He was never pushy and always pleasant to speak to. Eventually, I was able to locate a car with another dealership who offered slightly discounted price (via my credit union partnership), at the same time Farug was also able to trade-in a car with all the bells-n-whistles I wanted as well. In the end, despite the lower price with the other dealership, I still closed the deal with Farug for his sincereness and gentleness. After the purchase, Farug would accommodate my schedule and met with me at the dealership on his day-off to show me the car features in detail. Rommel is a great person to work with. He is really helpful and kind. This is the 1st time that I bought a brand new car. I definitely want to buy an ML350 but I'm apprehensive that I would not qualify due to my BK in spite of my qualifying income.
