My husband and I were SO impressed by the profession, kind and pleasant manner in which we were treated by Fame Nawabi. This was truly the most enjoyable car-buying experience we have ever had. I MET MR. FAME NAWABI ON 09-19-2012 AND TOLD HIM TO SHOW ME WHAT ARE THE 2012 AND 2013 MODEL CARS WERE AVAILABLE TO PREVIEW AS I TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR FOR MY WIFE TO GIVE HER OUR WEDDING ANNI ME WHAT ARE THE 2012 AND 2013 MODEL CARS WERE AVAILABLE TO PREVIEW AS I TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR FOR MY WIFE TO GIVE HER OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY GIFT. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND VERY PATIENTLY SHOWED ME ALL MODELS AVAILABLE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY TO MY SATISFACTION AND LET ME TEST DRIVE TWO MODELS WHICH I THOUGHT MY WIFE MIGHT LIKE TO CHOOSE FROM. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ANY PARTICULAR CAR AND I TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING TO BUY BEFORE THE YEAR IS OVER AND I LEFT. Every person truly gave me their 150% in treating me with respect, and patience. If you can imagine receiving an honest and well intended opinion from a close family member,that's exactly what I received at Fletcher Jones. I live approximately 90 miles from this dealership, they had the car I wanted and I made the trip twice to get my car. After my experience with the dealership, I know that I will make this trip for the next car for myself and family, and will highly recommend them to friends. More

I admit that i was scared at first and didnt think i could afford such a beautiful car but then when i looked at the price i was shocked. They worked with me and found te best for me. Shaun approached us with such a pleasant and friendly attitude and was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that I was interested in. I wanted to let everyone know that not all salespeople are alike. I have been getting my car serviced at Fletcher Jones for the last 6 years and things have been great. I met Shaun about 2 years ago when are alike. I have been getting my car serviced at Fletcher Jones for the last 6 years and things have been great. I met Shaun about 2 years ago when I was thinking of doing a trade in. He opened up my eyes to maybe thinking about doing a lease instead of a direct purchase. I will say that I dont make hasty decisions so I left and did not talk to him for about a year or so. Recently, I took my car in for a tire repair and decided I would talk to Shaun again about looking into a lease deal for me and he did. He is friendly, kind and not pushy at all. I appreciated that he knew what I was looking for, what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on cars that I didn't want and negotiating was quite painless, which I just knew that it would be difficult situation. Shaun made it painless and he didn't get upset over my frankness. I consider him more than just my sales guy but as a friend who I feel genuinely cared about my happiness and getting the car I wanted. Thank you Shaun More
