Within a day she had secured the exact car we were looking for (from another dealer) and steered us quickly and efficiently through the test drive, deal negotiation, and closing processes. I was offered very good pricing up front on the car via TrueCar and the entire sales team worked with me to get the overall deal, including tradein, where I needed it to be. They are tough but fair negotiators, always pleasant and respectful and applied absolutely no strong arm tactics, bait-and-switch, or finance time upselling. The overall impression conveyed is one of partnership working a deal that best meets the needs of both parties, rather than the adversarial process I've encountered at other dealerships. In short, this is the way car buying is meant to work in the Internet age: rapid, efficient access to product and information; straightforward price negotiation; and a very efficient process. I only wish my wife and I had gone to the Fletcher Jones Motorcars dealership first and avoided the other two dealerships we visited on December 21, 2014. My only regret is that Mr. Sang So, who we had an appointment with at 2:00 PM, did not personally meet us first before he asked Tom Hamid to assist us. More

Both of these gentlemen treated me with the utmost respect and dignity and made the purchase process stress free.
