We were late to our appointment & it was pouring rain. Yet, our sales rep Mozie Razawi had the car prepped & out front for us to glean over and test drive immediately upon arrival . I did not anticipate purchasing that day however we liked the car & decided to negotiate with what limited time we had. During which I had to make a scheduled one hour work related phone call & Mozie was kind enough to allow me to use his desk & phone to complete. Upon final signing at the finance department, Mozie & his colleague Zabi kept my youngest toddler entertained at their well appointed waiting lounge. I came out to find my son surrounded by a handful of Fletcher Jones staff members whom he made friends with. We are very happy with our purchase and very appreciative of the great service we received while at Fletcher Jones Fremont. We had a stellar experience with Tony, who really took care of us and is the type of guy who you feel like you can trust. My family has worked with several car salesmen in the past, but Tony was the most accommodating out of all of them. We would absolutely recommend our friends or family to Tony at the Fletcher Jones Mercedes dealership if they were thinking of getting a Mercedes. Excellent Service with Great Attention to Detail I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from Fletcher Jones in Fremont. From the time that I was greeted by a smiling Tom Hamid at the entrance I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from Fletcher Jones in Fremont. From the time that I was greeted by a smiling Tom Hamid at the entrance to being handed keys to my new car (with the Mercedes Benz keychain), the experience was excellent. Tom patiently explained the pros and cons of various models. He offered to let me 'borrow' the car for a couple of hours to get a feel for the car and to talk it over with my wife ("smart soft selling"). Once I made the decision to purchase the car, he made sure that the car was cleaned, detailed and had all blemishes removed. Finally at the time of delivery, he excitedly explained all the features of the car. I have bought luxury cars before and have never been treated this well. I almost felt like a royal.
