Spoke with 8 different dealers to find a good price and t This is my first Mercedes Benz. I've been looking at the 2015 C300 4Matic for about a month. Spoke with 8 different dealers to find a good price and to find the car I was looking for. All the salespeople I spoke with suggested I do a custom order because apparently the Cranberry red interior is hard to come by without being fully loaded. The build time was 8-12 weeks. I continued looking and that's when I found Fletcher Jones of Fremont and met Glenn Hartzheim. After telling Glenn what I was looking for based on the options, he found it! It took him about 10 minutes but it was in Washington and told me it would take a week or so to get here if I wanted it. He kept me up to date on the status of the delivery. The price he offered was very competitive compared to the other dealers and Internet pricing. Glenn is friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. I reside in South San Jose but will travel to Fremont despite of having a few other Mercedes dealers closer to home for maintenance and service just cause of Ron. I absolutely love this dealership. Prior to visiting Fletcher Jones, I test drove the Lexus iS 350 and the BMW 428i- this car surpassed both in the driving pleasure, feel, comfort, and looks department (in my opinion). I would most certainly recommend Fletcher Jones Mercedes to all you German car enthusiasts- they aren't out to loot you of your hard earned money, but to help you find the best car for you and are willing to negotiate without any stringent, repulsive conditions. More
