He seems to be the busiest service advisor but we don't mind waiting for him. He takes the time to see us if we are in the waiting room, or give us a call in spite of his hectic schedule to update us on our car. He is very polite, focus and consistently follows through. Went to this dealer just for fun and curiosity about some new models. Mike Alkaddomui was probably one of the reason I purchased my new CLA, on the spot! He approached me while no other Sales people would, offered me to test drive, listened carefully for what I was looking for. He trusted me to trade-in my 2011 Cadillac SRX without even looking at the car (my car was in great shape tho. Lol). He broke the typical arrogant lazy high-end car salesperson.
