First Mercedes-Benz At first I came here with my family strictly just to look at their cars, prices, and what other Labor Day specials they were having. I didn't realize that later in the day I would be going home in a Mercedes-Benz. Tony was referred to us by my uncle and sure enough Tony is an awesome guy. He doesn't push anything, and tries to look for the car that you are specifically looking for. If there is a specific model or price range that you want, he will try to find that car for you. Originally I was planning on getting the cheapest car they had but Tony showed me the different models they had and specifically the price range I was looking for. In the end he showed me a slightly used C350 and it had everything I wanted and it was within the price range I was aiming for. He also made the paperwork process go VERY SMOOTHLY. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient everything went. From checking my credit to signing the contract, he made sure it was quick, efficient and no headaches. It was my first time driving/owning a Mercedes-Benz and Tony made sure I KNEW all of the features of the car I was buying before setting me off. Very FEW dealer agents do that, most of the time, they give you the keys and that's it. For Tony, he made sure I knew everything about the car before I drove it off. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him if you every plan on stopping by the Fremont Mercedes-Benz. More
